The Kerzhensky Nature Reserve arranges and conducts static and mobile exhibitions. Static exhibitions are held in the local history museum of Bor, Nizhny Novgorod region, in the "Forest Museum" of Krasnye Baki, Nizhny Novgorod region, and in the Lenin Komsomol Library of the Sormovo Centralised Library System of Nizhny Novgorod.
Mobile exhibitions are held in educational institutions of Nizhny Novgorod and the Nizhny Novgorod region, as well as in libraries, museums, environmental festivals, and environmental events.
In the Nizhny Novgorod State Historical and Architectural Museum-Reserve and in the Architectural and Ethnographic Museum-Reserve "Shchelokovsky Farm" festivals and exhibitions are held with the participation of the Kerzhensky Nature Reserve. Annually the reserve participates in the international festival "Golden Hohloma" in Semyonov, Nizhny Novgorod region. The Kerzhensky Nature Reserve represents its territory at festivals of other protected areas of Russia.
